Piecing with paper, testing new skills.

Litt meir utprøving av det eine og det andre, det meste er restesying.

A mini finish, scrappy geese, paper foundation piecing without piecing through the paper.
The quilting is a big spiral, I did it with the regular foot.
I also made a border with handquiting and the binding is done with perle cotton from the right side.
All of this little project is testing out new skills.

Testing out some more paper piecing, this time piecing through the paper. This is an easier way to do it, I think. This is 1/4 of a scrappy star mini.

Scrap system? Not yet.....

Paper foundation piecing makes a lot of small and bigger triangles, and they can be well used in a wonky star block, this one is Bonnie*s Maverick star.
